All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Time
Delivery times depend on your destination and local courier service. Generally, orders are delivered within:

  • Local Deliveries: 3–7 business days
  • International Deliveries: 10–20 business days

Please note that unforeseen delays such as customs inspections, natural events, or courier disruptions may extend delivery times.

Shipping Charges
