Returns and Refunds Policy

At Oria Stationery, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take pride in the quality of our Desk Accessories, Organization Products, Decorations, Tech Products, and Office Supplies. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for your purchases.

Payment Method
Please note that Oria Stationery operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payments are made at the time of delivery. We do not process online or advance payments.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery. Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons. This includes personalized products, opened stationery packs, or items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and a clear photo showing the defect or issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return or replacement.
  4. Once approved, you will be informed of the return pickup or exchange process based on your location.

Refunds
Since we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed in limited cases where the return is approved and a replacement is not possible. Refunds (if applicable) will be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Replacements
If the product you received is defective or damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge once the returned item is verified. Replacements are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted. To cancel an order, please email us promptly at [email protected] with your order details.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number in the email so we can resolve the issue quickly.
